A competition entry to redevelop a key site in Liverpool city centre, run by the local authority and CBRE. We were shortlisted to the final 5, before COVID struck and the competition was shelved. However, we think the concept has stood the test of time and hopefully sets a precedent for the potential redevelopment of a key site in Liverpool.
