Norfolk Street, Baltic Triangle, Liverpool

A residential-led, mixed use scheme with a double height ground offer containing coffee shops, gyms, resident lounges, artist workshops and retail units, plus 93 residential dwellings of various sizes above. The split blocks, repetition and simplicity makes it viable and deliverable for the developer. A central feature core with two courtyards either side, combined with south facing balconies provides plenty of amenity space for residents. All residents have access to south facing light and lower-level units will receive plenty of daylight due to the proximity of the two blocks. And finally, the building’s design is one that sits comfortably within the street scene of both Norfolk and Brick Street without losing its own identity and presence.
